All rooms are subject to availability and will be confirmed to you upon receipt of your deposit. Please note that a booking is a legally binding contract. If for any reason you have to cancel or shorten your stay, and we are unable to re-let the room then you are liable for the cost of the booking. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
CANCELLATION AND CURTAILMENT CHARGES
If you cancel your holiday, the cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:-
30-days or more: - deposit only;
15-30-days: - 50%;
Departure to 14-days: - 100%.
